Staffing welcome centers to provide information, hand out visitor packets, and collect contact information for follow-ups.

Campus Navigating:

Ensuring the church building has clear signage and is easy to navigate for newcomers.

2. Fellowship & Community Building

Coffee & Refreshments:

Organizing and hosting coffee hours, potlucks, and snacks between services to encourage mingling and build community

Special Events:

Assisting with receptions for church milestones, holidays, funerals, and guest speakers.

Member Care:

Coordinating meal trains or delivering food and care packages to homebound members, college students, or church members facing illness

3. Kitchen & Supply Management

Kitchen Upkeep:

Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the church kitchen.

Inventory Control:

Stocking necessary kitchen and hospitality supplies, such as coffee, napkins, and utensils.

Greeting and Ushering:

Event and Meal Coordination:

Kitchen Management:

Stocking, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of church kitchens and dining areas

Outreach and Follow-Up:

Coordinating with the pastor to follow up with visitors through phone calls, and organizing outreach to homebound members
